„Integrated Platform for the Identification and Verification of Insurance Crime Phenomenon” – a combination of technologies and data of the entire market. All this is based on the analysis of insurers’ data – located in the insurance policy base of the National Insurance Fund and the damage, enriched with data from external registers. It will effectively reduce the scale of insurance fraud in Poland, benefiting both honest owners of vehicles and insurance companies.

The Most Friendly Insurer – PZU
PZU provides its clients with comprehensive, easily accessible and friendly service. In addition, PZU has implemented pre-handling of claims and initiates contact with clients who may need assistance from the insurer. In 2018, the PZU Customer Spokesperson helped in solving 1,000 complicated matters that clients have filed. PZU also implements the PZU project. Najlepszy Bank – Santander Bank Polska
2018 was a breakthrough year for Santander Bank Poland. The bank changed its name and brand. It also took over the retail part of the business of another bank and in only 72 hours, as a first on the Polish market, if simultaneously carried out legal and operational inclusion. This and the focus on organic growth and business development have resulted in Santander Bank Poland being in second place in the Polish banking sector, being the largest private bank in Poland. And last year, it expanded its digital payment portfolio for its clients, giving them access to all methods currently available on the Polish market, including Blik, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as wearables – FitBit Pay, Garmin Pay.
