Mr Jarosław Hermann graduated from the Applied Mathematics and Physics Faculty at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1994 and Carlson School of Management MBA program in 2002.

He gained broad IT & Operations practice working on managerial positions in PepsiCo, Pioneer Financial Services and Accenture, where he conducted mid / large scale projects in the banking sector in Poland and CEE countries.

Between 2005-2010 he was Board Member of First Data Poland responsible for providing IT and operational services for card acquiring and financial solutions business lines.

Between 2010-2016 he was Board Member of AXA companies in Poland responsible for IT & Operations.

From 2016 to 2018 he was Vice President of Polskie ePłatności, emerging card acquirer.

Since 1 August 2018 Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A.

Experienced manager for over 25 years holding key positions in the management boards of the largest international financial institutions in Poland, both in the insurance and banking markets. During that time he was responsible for a number of business functions in the areas of finance, operations, strategy, marketing and IT and technology.
In the insurance market, he held, among others, the position of Financial Director and Member of the Management Board of Zurich Polska (1998-2003), then he was associated with the Generali Group in Poland (2003-2006), where, as Member of the Management Board, he also held the position of Financial Director. In 2007, he was the founder and CEO of the first Polish digital insurer, BRE Ubezpieczenia. Afterwards, he was with mBank Group (formerly BRE Bank) for 10 years, where as Vice President he was responsible, among others, for retail banking in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and then also for the areas of operations and IT, as well as supervising the divisions of technology, security and real estate.
For the last 7 years, he has been involved in the venture capital market, where, as managing partner, he supervised the activities of the corporate VC fund mAccelerator.
He is a graduate in foreign trade from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz.

A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and MBA studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. She also completed postgraduate studies in management and “IT in business” at the Warsaw School of Economics. For 20 years she was associated with the ING Group. She started her career at ING Barings, then she worked in the IT Division of ING Bank Śląski, following the path from a specialist to the Director of the IT Support Department. From 2006, as the President of the Management Board, she built ING Tech Poland, the technology center of the ING Group providing IT services, including cybersecurity and cloud solutions, to clients in over 20 countries. In 2017, she took up the position of Head of IT Poland at Nordea, taking part, among others, in building the Nordea Horizon Center – a modern IT monitoring and operations center. As Global Head of Technology Sourcing, she was also responsible at Nordea for the implementation of the strategy for the use of global IT service centers. Since January 2021, he has been the Vice President of the Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. supervising the Area of ​​New Technologies and Cybersecurity.

Ms Magdalena Nowicka is actively involved in projects supporting the development of women in the world of new technologies. She is a mentor of the “Technology in a skirt” program.
