The cashless era is coming! Data from surveys conducted by the Payment System Department of the National Bank of Poland show that the number of non-cash transactions made with payment cards in Poland increased from 264 million PLN (in 2005) to 3,104.5 million PLN (in 2016) – so by approximately 1076%!

GAFA – technological giants who set the tone for financial services
„According to surveys conducted by Peru Consulting, 57% of IT managers believe that the so-called GAFA companies (Google, Apple, Facebook and Amazon) will start doing business in the banking sector within the next five years. We also learn from them that as many as 36% of consumers, and among them as many as 50% of people aged 25-34, are willing to give up the services of traditional banks in favour of those offered by GAFA.”
