On the 11th of June 2018 at the White One Restaurant in Warsaw, the Advisory Board of the XVI Warsaw International Banking Summit met. The meeting took place to decide on the topics which will be discussed during the Autumn meeting. The topics were proposed by key experts of the banking sector with Mr. Mariusz Grendowicz, Chairman of the Advisory Board. Earlier editions focused on the topics of regulations and new technologies, but the autumn edition of the event will focus on the topic “War of talents!” Banks will come and fight for human resources. This is what caused key experts of the sectors to admit that it’s worth implementing this topic in the agenda and make it into an interesting discussion during the congress. The group of experts will also take on 5 megatrends of the banking sector. It also won’t go without conversations about GDPR and case studies presenting the first phase of implementing the European Union’s directive in banks. The agenda will be published soon.
