On the 13th of June 2018, the XII Insurance Forum Advisory Board meeting took place in Warsaw. Under the care of Mr. Artur Olech, Chairman of the Advisory Board, the participants debated over the agenda of the autumn edition. They selected a few topics which are so important and current that they can’t be missing at the event.
The next edition of the Insurance Forum will analyze the conditions which should be met for employees for them to create value in the company. These days, medical or fitness bonuses aren’t enough to make employees want to stay and develop within the organization – during the Insurance Forum, companies from other sectors will present how they have dealt with this problem, giving inspiration, but also concrete examples of such implementations in the insurance sector. They will also talk about the topic of insurer – agent – client. What does the modern consumer need and what is the role of the agent, so that the client does not go to the competition? There will also be no lack of topics dedicated to new technologies in the financial sector including: IoT, artificial intelligence and telematics, and also the very current topic of economy 4.0. During the meeting, they unanimously decided that the topic of cybersecurity must also be at the Congress – not only with the sale of insurance before cyberattacks or data leaks in the context of GDPR, but also with protecting their own insurance companies from dangerous hacker attacks. The agenda of the XII Insurance Forum, which will be presented soon, will have this and many more important topics related to the insurance market.
